OFFICIAL RULES: Neptune Flood Incorporated (the "Sponsor") will conduct a random drawing on March 31, 2021 (the "Drawing Date") to win one Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus Pearl White Multi- Coat 18" Aero Wheels No Other Options Included (the "Prize"), Approximate Retail Value, "ARV" $37,990.00 from eligible Entries. An eligible Entry shall be defned as a policy bound and issued via the Sponsor's agent website during the calendar month of February 2021 (the "Entry Period") and in force on and paid in full by March 30, 2021 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Close Date"). Entries not paid in full by the Close Date or not in force on the Close Date are ineligible for inclusion in the random drawing on the Drawing Date. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the entrant must possess a valid property insurance license and be appointed with the Sponsor at the time of each Entry and at the Drawing Date. Only validly licensed insurance producers who are US Citizens 18 years of age or older at the Drawing Date are eligible ("Eligible Entrants").
